We opened Gill’s in 2021 with the goal of bringing a mix of flavors with a tropical twist to Kapa’au Town, located on the Big Island of Hawai’i.

We use only the freshest ingredients available, that are always non-gmo, organic, and locally sourced whenever possible.

Our roadside café offers a beach vibe and amazing food. Join us under our umbrella-covered outdoor patio or our spacious upstairs deck.
